Access your files from your iPhone
Today, we’re excited to announce that all the files you’re backing up & sync’ing with Syncplicity are available from your iPhone! We made an optimized version of our website just for our iPhone (and iPod Touch) users. The website currently lets you view documents, photos, and hear your mp3s.
If you have an iPhone, here’s what you’ll see when you login and try to open the San Francisco Muni Map PDF:

To view the site, navigate to https://m.syncplicity.com on your iPhone. The https://my.syncplicity.com site redirects if it detects you’re on an iPhone. And, be sure to add it to your home screen for easier access by clicking the plus icon and clicking “Add to Home Screen”.
Let us know if you’re using it and how you’d like to see it extended.
Cheers,
Isaac

This is a great feature, thanks for adding it. I’ve been able to access work related PDFs and docs on the move (already).

This is amazing stuff. Are there plans for a iPod touch/iPhone app? Also, I would like to see the option of sharing a file with someone (via email) or generating a nice url, through this mobile interface. Thanks.

How about a working version of the site for other devices? I couldn’t get to my files using a N95.

Exellent feature! Brilliant I tell you! But I have one thought… Would it be possible to edit your documents online? You know if I’m stuck at an airport without my laptop but I have my iPhone I cod edit them. Would this be possible?
Still, this is a brilliant addition. Thank you and it’s already bookmarked on my iPhone!

This feature is amazing. The only issue is that I don’t have a navigation button while will allow me to go back without having to login again. This is very time consuming. Maybe a remember me option or cookies will help. The back button on safari on the Iphone requires me to relogin.

Works flawless and use this every day, would only like to see a remember me on this phone selection. typing in the user and password each time is a bit of a pain.

I just found this site through PCMagazine.com and was excited, but while everything was easy to set up. When I navigated to the mobile site on my iPhone, I got a server runtime error. No fun.

Badly needs to work on other devices. This alone will sway me towards sugarsync once i am forced to pay.
Tested on default N95 browser and Opera Mini. Niether can login. Not even my desktop browsers can login.

Just to add i doubt its too much work since Nseries use a similar browser to iphone. Hopefully versioning is there as well!
I am going to keep an open mind and see how all these services evolve but i do need syncing and backing up online soon. Love the facebook integration and hope you can add flickr.

One major issue for me - I am a physician and there are many areas in the hospital without wireless access. I need my files at all times, so it would be a big plus (which no other app has yet to achieve) if files could be downloaded from syncplicity to the iphone. Is having a hard copy of synced files on the iphone a possibility or a pipe dream?

Yes, I agree with Jonathan — simple things like just having a cached PDF of the SF Muni map would be a big help! It makes no sense that you can’t do this presently. What we really need is something like http://www.sugarsync.com/products/mobile_access/sync_iphone.html — is syncplicity going to do something like this?
Thanks!

it works really well but all you can do is view the files. The next step in terms of functionality has to be the ability to email a file.
It only makes sense to use this when i am on the road and need to get a file to someone.
Great start though

I can log in and see my files, great. I click on an .rtf file, and get a message saying “Safari cannot download this file”. What am I to do now?

Also…
Some of my folders are viewable, but some give this error message:
Server Error in ‘/’ Application.
Runtime Error

I’m developing for the Iphone 3.0 software and just saw that the m.syncplicity.com site doesn’t identify the iphone and redirects it to the appropiate site.

nice - why this feature is not much presented by you guys-mistake! Im able to use it on symbian S60 3rd edition smart phone (N79) - so not just even on iphone - goood (to open site adjusted for mobile devices)!
Suggestions: add some features like making files acceseable for public(even for non syncplicity users) - just the same way the normal client on PC works - “share it with someone” function.
In moment, Im able to view files but not operate with them.

Hi,
I try to enter this page with an iPhone 3G from Germany, but I don’t get the iPhone interface. Instead I see something that looks like a usual mobile site (no layout, very simple)
Any suggestions?

People must learn to eat moderately to effectively lose weight. It seems as if as the American population increases, so do our appetites. In the past, a simple, leafy sandwich with a glass of milk was enough to satisfy our hunger. How, however, to fill ourselves up, we flat belly diet cookbook eat huge portions, large side entrées, and a gargantuan carbonated drink. If one walks into some fast food restaurants, one can get their meal enlarged or “Super sized”. We must go back to our old ways of limiting our food intake. One should eat until there are full, not comatose.
We must not eat too much, but we should Flat Belly Diet Cookbook eat just enough to maintain our body’s need for energy. Overeating has bigger ramifications than most people think. However, Americans became aware of this “overeating epidemic” when they “flocked to see Super Size Me, Morgan Spurlock’s documentary about what happens when you eat nothing but McDonald’s food for a month. Now McDonald’s is discontinuing its Super Size option” (Lemonick).
Eating nutritional foods is necessary in order to successfully lose weight. A misconception people have is that they think it is okay to eat a whole box of chocolate chip flat belly diet cookbook cookies after enjoying a 5K run in the afternoon. This can be one of the worst things a person can do to his body. Although one exercises everyday of his life, one also has to eat healthy.
