One of the many advantages of using Syncplicity for cloud-based file sync and sharing is that we make it easy to see all the events happening in your synced folders-- uploads and downloads and all file changes made by yourself and others -- with our Newsfeed. Think of it as a rolling log of all the changes in your virtual private cloud that you can access from your browser or from the Syncplicity Mobile Apps.
You can also download Growl for your Mac and get automatic notifications of newly uploaded and updated files directly to your Mac desktop!
Just download and install Growl on your Mac, restart Syncplicity, and configure Growl to log and post Syncplicity events. You can have notifications displayed as changes occur and display a history of all events while you were away from your desk.
It's a great way to get instant notification of new files people share with you. And it will save you time by making you immediately aware of document updates that are made as you collaborate with others in shared folders.
Enjoy!
