  1. I just did an upgrade that was suggested by you. Now, it’s asking me for my corporate login, which I don’t have since this is a personal account. What should I do?

  2. When I want to access my Syncplicity if is asking for my corporate login when I put in my email it is saying this account is not linked to a corporate account, I have always used Synplicity on my laptop.

    Could you please help urgently, I have emailed 5 times since friday, we really need to access this info urgently.
